These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website delunatrends.com and the professional services provided by DELUNA TRENDS LLC ("DELUNA TRENDS", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

DELUNA TRENDS provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, strategy, social media marketing, paid advertising, search engine optimization and content marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees applicable to each engagement will be set out in a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and materials necessary for service delivery.
• Grant timely access to required accounts, platforms and assets.
• Respond to requests for approval or feedback within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensure that materials provided to us do not infringe third-party rights.

3. Payment Terms

Fees, billing schedules and payment methods are defined in the applicable engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable in U.S. dollars within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property, except for tools, frameworks, templates and pre-existing materials owned by DELUNA TRENDS, which remain our property and may be reused.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DELUNA TRENDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many variables outside our control. While we apply professional care and best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, conversions or revenue results.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
