Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which DELUNA TRENDS LLC may issue refunds for the services we provide. Because our services are professional and time-based in nature, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as described below.
1. Service-Based Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@delunatrends.com within seven (7) days of the issue arising.
- Refunds may be considered for services that have not yet commenced or for materially undelivered work.
- Where work has been performed, charges for time, labor and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable.
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, and third-party advertising spend are non-refundable.
2. Limitations
Refunds will not be issued for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to algorithm changes, platform policy changes, market conditions, or client decisions affecting campaign performance. Subjective dissatisfaction with creative direction or strategic recommendations, absent a material breach by DELUNA TRENDS, is not eligible for a refund.
3. Process for Refund Requests
To submit a refund request, contact us with your invoice reference, a description of the services in question and the basis for the request. We will review the request and respond within ten (10) business days.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction set forth in our Terms & Conditions.
